- Job Description for Customer Service Representative:
Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Malad/Thane, Mumbai

Shift: US Shift and Rotational Week off

**Salary**: Up to 40,000 INR (35,000 INR in hand)

**Requirements**:
2. Experience: A minimum of 6 months of international BPO experience for HSC grad is required.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.

3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, resolving billing issues, and handling general inquiries.

4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and appropriate resolutions to customer concerns.

5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.

6. Document customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints accurately in the system.

7. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

8. Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction ratings.

9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.

10. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for handling customer interactions and data privacy.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Graduation degree is required.

2. Prior experience in an international BPO setting is preferred.

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

4. Good listening and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

7. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

8. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and weekends.
