**Job Title: Client Servicing Executive**
**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and priorities to effectively address their needs.
- **Client Onboarding and Orientation**:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of our products/services.
- Conduct orientation sessions to educate clients on our offerings, features, and available support resources.
- **Client Support and Issue Resolution**:
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to address client inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- **Client Retention and Upselling**:
- Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- **Client Feedback and Reporting**:
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing our products/services.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on client engagement, satisfaction levels, and key performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
- **Client Training and Education**:
- Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops for clients to maximize their usage of our products/services and achieve their business objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as client servicing, account management, or customer success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Knowledge of customer relationship management principles and practices.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
- Previous experience in the technology, software, or professional services industry is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
