- The current position is for Customer Success Executive, who's primarliy responsibility is to support ZhopX customer in their overall jouney from product explorations to purchase to post purchase follow ups. The intent here is make customer successful by providing solutions for their specific needs.

**Responsibilities included**:
- Proactive customer reach to customers with abandoned carts over phone and support them with the doubts.
- Daily connect and updates to customer for their order status or in case any specific issues.
- Publishing weekly blogs and newsletter using online tools (initial training and set up will be provided) thorugh collaboration and support from content and sales team
- Other desk research and documentation work for helping ZhopX provide best experience to customer and expand competetive advanatage over the other market players.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and proactive nature.
- Patient and active listener. Highly empathetic to customer. Be a customer advocate.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Collaborative and Team player, with ability to connect and collaborate with other teams or individuals for successful outcomes.
- Experience in document creation.
- Passion for service.
- Communications or marketing degree.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
