
Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience for users of the platform. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to customers to enhance their overall satisfaction with the services
**Customer Support**:
- Assist customers with booking-related queries, modifications, cancellations, and other service-related issues.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the services, policies, and procedures.
**Problem Resolution**:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to address complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate channels and follow up to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
**Communication**:
- Communicate with customers in a clear, concise, and friendly manner, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries and provide updates on resolution progress.
**Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions.
- Compile reports on customer feedback and common issues to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
**Adherence to Policies and Procedures**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Stay informed about changes and updates to the services and policies.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
