We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with a strong understanding of marketing strategies and a passion for driving impactful initiatives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. We are also looking to place dedicated digital marketers at our clinics in Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, and Mumbai to enhance localized outreach efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Coordination: Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistent brand messaging, and assist with strategic content planning and execution.
- SEO & Website Coordination: Work closely with the SEO and website teams to boost online visibility, monitor website performance, and align with campaign objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, track performance, and report on key metrics.
- Content Coordination: Manage timelines and deliverables with content creators and designers to ensure all materials adhere to brand standards.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data on campaign performance, social media metrics, and market trends to inform and optimize future marketing strategies.
- Event Support: Organize and promote events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives as required.
- General Support: Provide overall support to the marketing team for daily operations and ad hoc projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools (SEO tools, analytics platforms, social media management tools, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Digital Marketer Expertise: A dedicated digital marketer is required for clinics in Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, and Mumbai to focus on localized strategies and enhance clinic-specific outreach.

Pay: ₹10,626.85 - ₹35,159.80 per month
