**Job Description: International BPO Executive (Australian Process)**

**Position**: International BPO Executive

**Shift**: Australian AEDT Timings

**About the Role**

We are looking for a **young, dynamic, and results-driven professional** with prior experience in international BPO. The role involves **sales and fulfilment activities** for Australian clients, with a strong focus on outbound calling and partial inbound support.

If you have experience in **Australian processes or Solar campaigns**, you will be given preference.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **outbound sales calls** to Australian customers and prospects.
- Manage **inbound queries** efficiently, providing accurate product and service information.
- Drive **sales conversions** while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform **end-to-end fulfilment activities** including order processing, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data and call outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **International BPO (voice process)**.
- Prior exposure to **Australian process/Solar campaigns** will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent **verbal communication skills** in English with a neutral/accent-friendly tone.
- Strong **sales aptitude**, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Willingness to work in **Australian AEDT shifts**.
