**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Travel Planning & Coordination**:
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transport, tours, and other related services.
- Provide customized travel solutions based on client preferences, budgets, and special requirements.
- **Client Interaction & Service**:
- Offer expert advice on destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Handle modifications, cancellations, and rescheduling of bookings as needed.
- **Vendor Management**:
- Collaborate with travel suppliers, hotels, airlines, and other partners to secure competitive rates and availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to enhance service offerings.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:
- Maintain compliance with travel regulations and company policies.
- **Upselling & Cross-Selling**:
- Promote additional services, such as travel insurance, luxury upgrades, and exclusive tours.
- Highlight promotional deals and packages to maximize revenue.
- **Reporting & Record Maintenance**:
- Maintain detailed records of client bookings, invoices, and communications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on bookings and client satisfaction metrics.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a travel agency or hospitality industry.
- Freshers with a strong interest in the travel sector may also be considered.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (such as Amadeus or Sabre) and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
- **Attributes**:

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
