Sales - Travel Services - Leisure & Business Travel
- Responsible for driving sales activities for generating business in leisure travel segment
- Handle and respond to travel enquiries receiving from various sources (walk-ins, referrals, website, social media, existing clients, advertisements, etc.) and take every effort to convert them
- Promoting travel products & services to generate new enquiries
- Participate in BTL activities, promotional events and successfully drive desired campaigns for new business generation
- Understand client’s requirements and work in tandem with operations team to offer solutions that best suit client’s requirements
- Design customised travel solutions which are in line with client’s travel purpose
- Achieve assigned sales targets; responsible for generating revenue for the company
- Seamless execution of booking procedure
- Providing excellent customer service experience - taking care of customer escalations and helping them with appropriate resolution
- Maintain proper accounting of transactions with clients
- Maintain daily reports
- Seeking client’s testimonials and reviews

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
