Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an OT Nurse.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)

Job Summary:
The OT Nurse provides high-quality nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preoperative Duties:

- Prepare the operating room and ensure the sterility of surgical supplies.
- Verify patient identity and surgical site.
- Assist in patient positioning and perform preoperative assessments.
- Intraoperative Duties:

- Assist the surgical team and monitor the patient's condition.
- Maintain a sterile field and document procedures.
- Postoperative Duties:

- Aid in patient recovery and monitor in the recovery room.
- Provide postoperative care and update patient records.
- General Duties:

- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
- Participate in training and assist in the sterilization of instruments.
- Skills:

- Knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
