Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated OT Nurse with 23 years of experience to assist in surgical procedures, maintain aseptic conditions, and provide high-quality patient care during pre, intra, and post-operative phases.

  • Prepare and maintain OT before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Assist surgeons during operations with instruments and sterile supplies.
  • Monitor and ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized.
  • Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and patient care.
  • Follow infection control protocols and safety standards.
  • Assist in patient positioning and anesthesia procedures.
  • Monitor patient vitals and provide immediate care as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with surgical teams and other staff.
  • Participate in training, audits, and continuous quality improvement activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration.
  • 23 years of experience in OT/Nursing roles.

  • Sound knowledge of surgical procedures, sterilization, and patient care protocols.

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments
