**Designation: HR Talent Acquisition (HR Recruiter) Only Female**

Role: HR Recruitment

**Timing**: 09:30 am
- 06:30 pm

**Salary**: Upto 20k

**Number of working days: 6 (alternate Saturdays off after 3 months)**

End-to-End Recruitment
- 1. Responsible for handling in house requirements as well as clients.

2. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed

3. Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.),

4. Making job postings on the Job Portal

5. Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding

client requirements

6. Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication Skills are a must.

2. More than 6 months of experience in Recruitment is preferred.

3. MBA

4. Team player with good time-management skills.

5. Aptitude to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions.

6. Must have handled the end-to-end recruitment process in full

7. Hands-on experience on various job websites or job portals
