**Position** - Talent Acquisition Executive ( Recruiter ) IT & Non IT
**Location** - Noida Sector 63
**Experience** - Minimum 1+ Year's In Recruitment Department ( Domestic Staffing)

- Prior experience in IT / Non IT recruitment (Permanent).
- Strong sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication
- A go-getter attitude and team spirit

**Job Brief Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time-management abilities
- A degree in Human Resources Management is preferred but not mandatory.

Not for us staffing or internal hiring only consultancy background.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
