**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and target potential clients in need of packaging solutions, including manufacturers, retailers, and distributors.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with clients to understand their packaging needs, challenges, and goals, and offer tailored solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our packaging products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- **Account Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in packaging to identify new sales opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track sales activities, monitor performance against targets, and report regularly to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
- **Follow-Up**: Ensure timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and customer inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the packaging industry or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of packaging materials, technologies, and market demands.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
