**Job Summary**:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting products or services that meet those needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen understanding of sales techniques to engage leads, close sales, and meet targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Outreach**: Contact potential clients to understand their needs and requirements, building strong initial relationships.
- **Sales Conversion**: Qualify leads and convert them into sales, striving to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Database Management**: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline progress, and sales activity in the CRM.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or telemarketing role.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
