**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware and software-related issues.
- Microsoft User Administration.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals, including printers and scanners.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both in person and remotely. Respond to tickets immediately and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain and update all IT assets inventory.
- Strictly adhere to all confidentiality protocols.
- Support in any other IT tasks and follow directions from the IT team lead/manager via any mode.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Onboard new employees, install their workstations, and enroll the workstations into Intune.
- Manage network devices, including Omada routers and switches (Omada and Cisco).
- Administer DNS solutions and unblock URLs as needed.
- Manage network storage solutions.
- Reset laptops with proper drivers when necessary.
- Perform RingCentral administration tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-4 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Good Understanding of Security Best Practices.
- Experience with network devices and configurations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft user and device management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Exceptional understanding of core concepts required for the role.
- Strong organizational skills and absolute attention to detail.
- Certifications Required: CCNA or CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
