**Customer Relationship Executive B2B.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management:(B2B)**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate gifting solutions.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- **Order Management**:

- Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of gifts.
- Track orders, manage timelines, and resolve any issues that arise during fulfillment.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to increase order value.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address and resolve customer queries or complaints efficiently.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings.
- **Reporting & CRM**:

- Maintain accurate records of client communications and orders in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline updates.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales,client servicing, sales, or customer relationship roles (preferably in gifting, retail, or event services).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
