**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain vehicle movement charts and schedules
- Monitor and record vehicle mileage and fuel usage for reporting and reimbursement
- Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors for timely dispatch and logistics
- Create and manage purchase orders for supplies and services
- Maintain inventory and track purchases to ensure stock availability
- Assist with vendor follow-ups and invoice processing
- Support general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and documentation
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or operations role (1 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with vehicle log tracking and basic procurement procedures
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
