The Talent Operations Associate is responsible for providing administrative support to the consulting team, ensuring smooth execution and implementation of client projects. Key responsibilities include maintaining active communication with stakeholders, scheduling meetings and training sessions, managing travel and accommodation arrangements, and supporting invoicing closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication with the consulting team and internal stakeholders regarding project progress.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to understand and analyze administrative requirements.
- Organize meetings, training sessions, and coaching sessions.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Support the closing process of invoices and calendar management.
- Provide essential back-end support to ensure smooth project execution and implementation.
- Identify and suggest operational improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness of consulting projects.
- Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
- Drive operational excellence through performance metrics and timely SLA execution.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience, preferably in consulting, human resources, or operations.
Essential Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.
