We are looking for Customer Success Executive in our ahmedabad office

Having a laptop is a must

Below is the Job description

**Objectives of this role**

This is a very crucial role where a Customer Success Executive will be working to coordinate activities between the delivery teams and customer to ensure that there is a very high customer retention and satisfaction

**Responsibilities**
- To work with delivery teams to understand that things are delivered based on SLAs
- To work with customers to ensure delivery is done as per expectations and exceed expectations
- To work on processes and tools to ensure all the above the are done, documented and reported

**Skills and qualifications**
- Proven track record of working in a Customer Support organization
- Excellent communications skills
- Great team player
- Good knowledge of Ticketing tools.
- Zoho Desk preferred.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Educational background in business, marketing, or finance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
