**About Us**:VasyERP (Acquired by Reliance Industries) is an Ahmedabad situated young start-up working into cloud-based ERP products. We design and develop ERP & point of sale (POS) platforms for manufacturing and retail industries in India and internationally.
**Intro to Role**:As a Customer Success Executive, you will be ensuring the success and satisfaction of organization’s customers. This involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and working with them to help achieve their objectives through the use of the company's products and services.
**What will you do**:
- Nurturing customer relationships through onboarding calls and meetings
- Working closely with our customers to ensure they are satisfied with the solution and services.
- Ensure execution of customer journey touchpoints, including onboarding, business reviews, retention, upsells and other opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visibility and alignment.
- Work with Product to prioritize customer features and requests.
**What you will bring**:
- 2 to 4 years’ experience working into Customer success or Account Management
- Should have experience working with Service or Product based IT organization.
- Strong collaboration, time-management, influencing and prioritization skills are critical to the success of this role.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships internally and with customers.
- Excellent listening, presentation and communication skills at all business levels
- The ability to partner with customers in developing their strategic direction.
**Salary**: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
