Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Field Sales Executive** to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for visiting potential customers, pitching products/services, and ensuring sales targets are met in your assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit potential and existing customers to present company products and services.
- Generate new leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to the manager.
- Ensure proper branding and visibility at dealer/distributor outlets.
- Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing, delivery, and payment collection.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales,
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a field sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in local language Kannada, English & Hindi.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license.

**Education**:

- Any Degree.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
