**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Field Sales Executive (B2B)** to join our FMCG sales team. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients (retailers, distributors, wholesalers, institutions) to drive product sales and increase market share. This is a field-based role that requires travel within the assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and onboard new B2B clients including retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Maintain regular visits to existing clients to ensure strong business relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell the company’s FMCG product portfolio to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Execute trade marketing and promotional activities at the point of sale.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability at the customer end.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in line with company policies.
- Collect market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely order booking, payment collection, and after-sales service.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and service
