
Female Personal Secretary

**Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Manage and maintain complex schedules, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
- **Travel Coordination**: Arrange detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Meeting Support**: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure necessary materials are available.
- **Personal Assistance**: Handle personal tasks for the executive, such as managing personal appointments.
- **Event Planning**: Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, conferences, and social functions.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business and personal matters.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- High level of confidentiality.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Residential area should be from Hyderabad.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in a specific industry relevant to the executive's field.
- Knowledge of languages (English, Hindi and Telugu).
- Required only FEMALE.
