**Opportunity** **:Work From Home - Permanent Role**

**Educational Qualification**: Graduate/Undergraduate

**Experience** **:Freshers or Experience Min of 6 Months Experience in Customer Service Role**.

**Hours of Operation** : US Region - 24*7/ Rotational WO (EMEA) - ( 9 AM -1 AM) Working Window / Rotational WO

**Languages Required**: English

**Language Proficiency Levels**: B2+

**Assessments & Threshold**:Assessment**:

- Harver B2 & Above (50% or above) AMCAT Typing Speed
- 30 WPM/ 90% Accuracy

**Salary** **Range** : 25k - 35k

**Asset** : Device will be provided by the company itself. Since any technical issue may require a technician to go to the employees house for repair.

**Recommended internet speed**: Minimum 100mbps connection

**Power backup requirements : Mandatory** Any additional technical prerequisites : Clean Desk guidelines in general

**NOTE : HYDERABAD BASED CANDIDATES ONLY**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1)**Engage customers via live chat, messaging platforms, or website chat widgets.

**2)**Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and services.

**3)**Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously without losing accuracy or tone.

**4)**Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to checkout.

**5)**Upsell and cross-sell products/services based on customer needs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
