**Opportunity**: Work From Home - Permanent Role

**Educational Qualification** : Graduate/Undergraduate

**Experience**: Freshers or Experience Min of 6 Months Experience in Customer Service Role.

**Hours of Operation** : US Region - 24*7/ Rotational WO

**(EMEA)** - ( 9 AM -1 AM) Working Window / Rotational WO

**Languages Required** : English

**Language Proficiency Levels** : B2+

**Assessments & Threshold**:

- Assessment
- Harver B2 & Above (50% or above)
- AMCAT Typing Speed
- 30 WPM/ 90% Accuracy

**Salary Range** : 25k - 35k

**Asset**: Device will be provided by the company itself. Since any technical issue may require a technician to go to the employees house for repair.

**Recommended internet speed** : Minimum 100mbps connection

**Power backup requirements** : Mandatory

**Any additional technical prerequisites** : Clean Desk guidelines in general

**NOTE : HYDERABAD BASED CANDIDATES ONLY**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Engage customers via live chat, messaging platforms, or website chat widgets.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and services.
- Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously without losing accuracy or tone.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to checkout.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services based on customer needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
