- Tracking phone calls and coordinating prompt responses from Executive Team
- Preparing Administration & Training Manual
- Preparing Power Points for Training
- Train New Hires
- Track projects, orders and coordinate communications with team
- Manage multiple or complex calendars for meetings, travel and personal commitments
- Creating memos, reports and agendas as needed
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to gather quotes, order supplies and maintain office inventory
- Preparing financial statements, invoices, letters and statement
- Disseminating memos, reports and other information to relevant colleagues
- Excel Data Entry Works & Lead List Creation
- Billing & Processing Payments
- Any clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by management
- Take dictation

Experience in Quickbooks, ERP Softwares, CRM Softwares (Salesforce), Excel & Analytics Softwares, Outlook, Access are preferred.

Team player, dedicated, multi-tasking & self starter. Must be able to take direction and implement as needed.

Work Hours: To Be Discussed - 3pm to 12am Shift (IST)

**Some Day may require 6pm to 3am Shift (IST)

Work Days: Mon to Fri (8-9 hrs per day)

**Salary**: Based on Experience

Position Type: Contractor

Potential to grow.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
