**Learning and Development Coordinator**

**Your Role**

As an Learning & Development Coordinator on our team, you’ll work on the learning and development charter, working end to end on requirement analysis, planning, delivery and feedback of training plan month on month. In your daily job you will:

- Collate the training requirements for all technical, behavioral, mandatory and soft skills - working with business leaders and HR team
- Work with Business Teams and Learning Vendors to identify and streamline the learning experience in the organization
- Collaborate and maintain relationships with empaneled vendors and initiate new relationships based on learning needs of the organization.
- Schedule training calendars, follow up with participants on pre-requisites and collect - analyze feedback on a regular basis
- Collaborate with other department in Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance etc. to seamlessly drive learning in the organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in the industry and strive for quality in deliverables consistently.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with designated timelines.

**Your Background**

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

- Master’s in Business Administration is preferred, Bachelor's degree in any field or B-Tech / Bachelors in Science with 1-2 years of relevant experience in learning and development preferred
- Experience working as HR Generalist is preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of auto tech skills is a plus
