**Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns or issues.

Account Coordination: Coordinate with internal warehouse operations teams to ensure that the specific needs and requirements of key clients are understood and met effectively.

Order Processing: Oversee the processing of orders from key clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels for key clients, ensuring accurate tracking, efficient storage, and timely replenishment to meet demand.

Logistics Coordination: Work closely with logistics teams to coordinate transportation and delivery schedules for key client orders, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Problem Resolution: Address any issues or challenges related to warehouse operations or order fulfillment for key clients, working collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions.

Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations for key clients, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Contract Management: Assist in the negotiation and management of contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are understood and fulfilled.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and service enhancements to better serve key clients and drive overall business growth.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.

Proficiency in using software systems for order processing and inventory management.

Customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
