**Hands-on experience in challan preparation, E-way bill preparation, and stock maintenance.**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Challan Preparation**: Prepare and manage delivery challans for all outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- **E-way Bill Preparation**: Generate and manage E-way bills for the transportation of goods as per regulatory requirements.
- **Stock Maintenance**: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- **Dispatch Work**: Coordinate and oversee the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including receipts, dispatches, and inventory changes.
- **Communication**: Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customers to resolve any issues related to shipments and deliveries.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements related to warehousing and transportation.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, dispatch status, and other relevant metrics for management review.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the accounts and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and accurate financial reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations and accounts management.
- Hands-on experience in challan preparation, E-way bill preparation, and stock maintenance.
- Familiarity with dispatch operations and logistics.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehousing, logistics, or accounting is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
