Position: Warehouse Executive

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including incoming and outgoing shipments, to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

Organizing Warehouse: Arrange and organize warehouse space efficiently to optimize workflow and ensure safe storage of goods.

Receiving and Dispatching: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and organize goods for storage. Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments accurately and in a timely manner.

Picking and Packing: Fulfill orders by picking items from shelves according to order lists and packing them securely for shipment.

Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet quality standards.

Equipment Maintenance: Maintain warehouse equipment and tools, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and packaging machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for warehouse staff and visitors.

Documentation: Keep accurate records of inventory transactions, shipping and receiving documents, and other relevant paperwork.

Communication: Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to fulfill orders and resolve any issues.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Contract for 2 years, after completion of 2 years company give 1 month paid holidays. If an employee wants to continue or drop depends on their own.

Location: West Africa (Abidjan)

Company ruling as a TROPICA INDUSTRIES in West Africa.

Salary criteria up to 40K

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
