Job Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance productivity and safety.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
- Manage logistics, including shipping, receiving, and transportation of goods.
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Zoho one
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast

Experience : 2-5 years
