**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, perform regular inventory audits, and ensure accurate tracking of goods.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Ensure timely processing, picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- **Staff Supervision**: Lead and manage warehouse personnel, assigning tasks, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and providing training.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate with suppliers, and manage transportation schedules.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety training, and ensure the warehouse environment is free from hazards.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Maintain records, create reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and shipping statuses.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline warehouse operations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Leadership Skills**: Strong ability to manage and motivate a team.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision in inventory management and order fulfillment.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to resolve issues quickly, whether related to logistics, stock discrepancies, or staffing.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear communication with team members, suppliers, and customers.
- **Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)**: Proficiency in software that tracks inventory and logistics.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
