**Job Title: Presales Executive**

We are seeking **Freshers and Experienced** Presales Executives who are passionate about technology and enjoy engaging with clients to understand their needs. As a Presales Executive, you will work closely with the sales team to help drive business growth by providing valuable technical support, developing solutions, and ensuring that clients receive the best possible products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**: Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and goals, ensuring that you identify the right solutions that align with their business needs.
- **Solution Design & Recommendations**: Work with the sales and technical teams to propose tailored solutions that meet client needs, leveraging knowledge of products, services, and technologies.
- **Product Demonstrations & Presentations**: Conduct product demos and presentations, showcasing the value of the solution and how it addresses client pain points.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and quotations by providing technical information and aligning solutions to client requirements.
- **Technical Expertise**: Provide expert-level knowledge and insights into products, software, and services, answering client queries and ensuring that solutions are technically feasible.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and positioning products effectively to close deals successfully.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Analyze competitor products and market trends, contributing valuable insights that help refine the company’s offerings and sales strategy.
- **Proof of Concept (POC)**: Assist in setting up and delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs) or product trials, demonstrating the product’s capabilities to potential clients.
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure that client solutions are delivered accurately and efficiently.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect client feedback to identify areas for improvement in product offerings and presales processes.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **For Freshers**: A strong desire to learn about technology, presales processes, and customer engagement, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **For Experienced Professionals**: Proven experience in a presales role, technical sales, or related field with an in-depth understanding of IT products and services.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Basic to advanced knowledge of relevant products, services, and technologies such as cloud platforms, networking, enterprise software, and IT infrastructure.
- **Solution Selling**: Ability to understand and analyze client requirements and suggest tailored solutions that address business needs.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Presentation Skills**: Ability to deliver clear, persuasive, and engaging product demonstrations and presentations to clients and prospects.
- **Customer-Focused**: Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their pain points, and provide solutions that offer tangible value.
- **Sales Support**: Experience in supporting the sales team in lead qualification, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and marketing teams.
- **Time Management & Organization**: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements and presales tasks simultaneously.
- **CRM & Tools Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for managing customer data, preparing proposals, and reporting.

**Education and Experience**:

- **Freshers**: A degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Any relevant certifications or internships in technology, sales, or presales are a plus.
- **Experienced Professionals**: 1-3 years of experience in a presales, technical sales, or related support role. Familiarity with presales processes, software solutions, and client interaction is beneficial.
- Certifications in technology (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, ITIL) or sales methodologies (e.g., Solution Selling, Sandler) are a bonus.
