**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Development**:Create and maintain the branding bible for Metadrob, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- **Market Research**:Conduct intensive marketing research to understand the perspectives of retailers and users, and leverage insights to drive branding initiatives. - **Communication Strategy**:Define and implement communication strategies across the website, social media handles, and branding videos.
- **Guerrilla Marketing**:Explore and execute guerrilla marketing tactics to maximize reach within a smaller budget.
- **KPI Management**:Track and analyse key performance indicators, including the number of qualified leads, market engagement, website conversions, and other relevant metrics.
- **Team Leadership**:Build and lead a dynamic branding team, fostering a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
- **Marketing Automation**:Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance branding efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. - **Experience**:5-8 years of experience in branding, with a proven track record of building and leading teams.
- **Industry Knowledge**:Strong understanding of the retail, e-commerce, and 3D technology sectors.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional communication and strategic thinking abilities.
- Creative approach to developing low-cost, high-reach marketing campaigns. o Proficiency with marketing automation tools.
- **Personal Attributes**:Dynamic, fast-paced team player with the ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- This is an in-office position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan or Mumbai.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
