**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a creative and strategic-minded Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic team. The Social Media Strategist will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving engagement and brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, tailored to each platform's audience and requirements.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for content and audience growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Content, and Design, to ensure alignment and consistency across all digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay abreast of emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
