**Social Media Strategist & Manager (Mid-Level)**

**Location**: Kota, Rajasthan | Full-Time

We are seeking a Social Media Strategist & Manager with proven experience in driving digital engagement and brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, Meta (Facebook), and other major social platforms. This is a mid-level management role, ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on content execution and team collaboration.

**About the Role**:
As our Social Media Strategist & Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing platform-specific strategies that elevate our brand’s digital footprint. You'll bring a deep understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and content trends to lead data-informed, creative campaigns that deliver measurable results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals
- Create content calendars and manage the rollout of campaigns across platforms
- Identify platform trends and translate them into actionable content opportunities
- Collaborate with in-house teams and external creatives to produce engaging, on-brand content
- Oversee and manage day-to-day platform activities including posting, engagement, and performance tracking
- Analyze campaign results and provide insights to improve future strategies
- Present regular reports and strategic updates to senior leadership

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content management.
- In-depth knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook (Meta), LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, digital trends, and audience engagement
- Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Experience working with design/video teams and copywriters is a strong plus
