Job Description:*

Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media? We are seeking a Social Media Executive to enhance our online presence and increase engagement across our social media platforms.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Create compelling and shareable content, including reels, graphics, and posts.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
- Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and emerging platforms.

*Campaign Development & Strategy:*
- Define advertising goals (brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation).
- Identify target audience demographics and interests.
- Develop campaign messaging and creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Set campaign budgets and bidding strategies.

*Campaign Management & Optimization:*
- Launch and manage social media ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions).
- Analyze data and optimize campaigns for better results.

*Staying Informed:*
- Keep up-to-date with the latest social media advertising features and trends.
- Learn about new targeting options and ad formats.

*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
