**This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception Administration position. The Reception Administrator will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, assisting visitors, and providing general administrative support to the office.**

v Manage reception and front-desk operations.

v Greet visitors warmly.

v Manage phone calls.

v Maintain an organized reception area

v Handle mail, maintain visitor, appointment, delivery records and office supplies

v Provide general administrative support.

v Handle basic HR tasks (Interview)

v Infrastructure maintenance and upkeep of premises/ other assets.

v To manage housekeeping facility / supervise and monitor Housekeeping Team & Security Guards.

v To ensure the updation & maintenance of Admin related reports and MIS (Excel).

v To keep a thorough check of equipment maintenance and ensure timely rectification if required.

v Assist with administrative tasks and office operations.

v Manage and organize files, documents, and records.

v Support other administrative staff with daily tasks and projects.

v Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
