**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and referred inquiries for _The Manor_
- Conduct personalized site presentations and walkthroughs
- Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, UHNWIs, and key influencers
- Collaborate with marketing to convert leads into site visits and closures
- Maintain a high level of project knowledge and competitor awareness
- Coordinate with channel partners and follow up on leads
- Assist clients throughout the sales journey - from first inquiry to final documentation

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of sales experience in real estate, luxury goods, or high-value services
- Strong knowledge of South Mumbai’s real estate landscape is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a client-first approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
- Professional demeanor and confidence in dealing with elite clientele
