**Position Overview**:
The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing clients, prospecting and acquiring new clients, and working closely with consultants in the fire safety industry. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively represent the company and its products, build strong relationships, and contribute to overall business development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Business Development**: Identify and target new clients in the fire safety sector, including consulting firms, contractors, and large-scale companies requiring fire safety solutions.
- **Field Visits**: Conduct regular site visits to clients and consultants to build rapport, present product offerings, and address any inquiries or concerns related to our products and services.
- **Sales and Negotiation**: Drive sales by presenting and recommending the company’s products and services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- **Market Expansion**: Proactively seek new opportunities to expand the client base by networking, attending industry events, and identifying market trends.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the technical and customer support teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and resolve any product-related issues.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track sales activities, provide regular reports on sales progress, and forecast future sales in line with targets.
- **Customer Education**: Provide clients with the necessary product information, updates, and training to ensure optimal use of fire safety equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in sales, preferably in the field of fire fighting, safety equipment, or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully building relationships with clients and expanding business.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety products, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to conduct field visits and interact with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields is a plus.
