Founded in 2015, CareerTopper and sister concern WealthVidya, have grown from an e-learning platform to a multi-faceted Company providing Financial Literacy Programs and Skill Development Programs
for schools, colleges, universities, BFSI Corporates and international clients.
At the helm of our organization is our CEO, Mr Archit Lohia, a seasoned Financial Professional with multiple qualifications: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and Law (LLB).
Co-founder Ms. Shruti Lohia, COO is a passionate Educator and a theatre enthusiast previously worked with Mumbai's renowned drama stalwarts and prestigious educational institutes. She is armed with BBA -International Business and MSc.- Marketing Management.

We are looking for a high-caliber individual to join as Head – Marketing and Sales
and help us in driving our Sales Funnel for B2B, B2B2C and B2G market segments. This involves strategizing and executing customized sales campaigns, across different states in India, based on our product segments and market segments. We seek candidates who are willing to grow with, and feel part of the Organization, to drive change in Financial Education in India.
You will work and learn with following responsibilities:
- Study Ideal Customer Profile for the group companies and clearly define the customer segments, product segments and market segments with the Management.
- Strategize on long-term and short-term goals of the Sales Strategy and identify the right people or agents, to hire or collaborations to be made.
- Set achievable revenue targets, while maintaining the CAC to sustain business growth.
- Increasing the quantity and quality of leads to drive business growth, through partnership model using hyper-local marketing and appointing channel partners.
- Create and increase brand awareness, primarily using WhatsApp API and community.
- Work in sync with the Social Media team, to post organic content across social media.
- Drive corporate partnerships and maintain long-term relationship with them.
- Ideate and execute email marketing campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, CRM updation.
- Represent the Company in College Fests, Conferences and Events.
- Liaison with Sector Skill Councils, Associations, Govt. Departments and Institutions.
- Strategize media partnerships for brand awareness and PR.
- Implementing strategies to retain existing clients and maximize their lifetime value.
- Travel across cities for closing sales, training, monitoring and execution.
- Training the sales personnel for updating their pitch, based on client feedback.
What you'll need
●
Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of work experience, mandatorily in EdTech.
●
Good communication skills, primarily in English, with an ability to talk confidently and convince customers.
●
Candidates will be hired on a full-time basis, working from Mumbai (Tardeo) office.
●
CTC: Fixed 9-12 Lakhs per annum + ESOPs
