- 1. Reviewing and preparing dispatch details for outgoing shipments.
- 2.: Creating and sending necessary documents to the HO (Head Office) for insurance purposes.
- 3. Arranging and processing insurance for dispatched goods.
- 4. Creating and submitting challans (bills) for goods dispatched.
- 5. Issuing gate passes for goods dispatched.
- 6. Filing all necessary documents related to dispatch operations.
- 7. Downloading and filling sales orders for dispatched goods.
- 8. Keeping records of completed jobs and dispatch operations.
- 9. Recording outward entries (outgoing shipments) in the inventory management system.
- 10. Creating and submitting electronic way bills (e-way bills) for interstate transportation.
- 11. Creating and issuing invoices for dispatched goods.
- 12. Creating and issuing packing slips for dispatched goods.
- 13. Creating and issuing test certificates for dispatched goods.
- 14.Tracking the status of courier and transport services for dispatched goods.

Pay: ₹10,364.81 - ₹35,087.54 per month
