Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals with utmost focus on quality customer service experience.

Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of real estate team members to maximize productivity and sales performance.

Market Insights: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and attract potential clients.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.

Marketing Collaboration: Oversee property listings, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to boost sales.

Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Training & Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge.

Negotiation Expert: Negotiate contracts and deal terms to secure win-win outcomes for clients and the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field

5+ years of proven sales experience in real estate, with at least 2 years in a leadership role with exceptional sales outcomes responsible for Hundreds of crores sales.

Strong understanding of real estate markets, sales strategies, and industry trends

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze sales data, set targets, and develop effective action plans

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

Strong organizational and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
