**About You**:
- Graduate with 3+ Years of experience, IT background preferred.
- Excellent communication skills a must. Strong Computer Skills (Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Knowhow of Sales CRM systems. Added advantage for Microsoft CRM knowledge.
- Positive Attitude, energetic and dependable
**What you ‘ll do**:
- Work with the sales leadership and regional managers to support the day-to-day operational management of the sales organization
- Collaborate with management to define, lead and deliver initiatives to support revenue growth from sales and increased sales productivity, drive process improvements, including sales methodology, sales support and training
- Reporting (daily/monthly) and use of CRM to increase sales productivity, including Sales Presentations, Sales and Marketing Collateral.
- Coordinate and schedules events,
- Overall CRM administration
- General Operations and Administrative support
