**Job Title: Sales Support Executive / Sales Support Executive Intern**
**Job Overview**: The Sales Support Executive plays a key role in assisting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer queries, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth flow of sales operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team with preparing sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and order status.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to the sales team.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., inventory, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
- Assist in preparing sales contracts and agreements.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring product availability.
- Support in organizing and coordinating sales events, meetings, and product launches.
- Process sales invoices and follow up on payment collections.
- Provide administrative support to senior sales staff, including calendar management and scheduling.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in sales support or customer service (a plus).
- Knowledge of sales processes and basic financial principles.
