As a Public Relations Officer in the pharmaceutical industry, you'll be responsible for managing media relations, crafting and distributing press releases, building positive brand image, and representing the company in a professional manner, while also managing PR issues and tracking industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Media Relations**:

- Identify and pitch stories to journalists and media outlets.
- Coordinate interviews and press conferences.
- Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communications.
- **Public Image & Brand Management**:

- Develop and implement PR campaigns and strategies.
- Craft and distribute press releases, articles, and other promotional materials.
- Manage social media presence and online reputation.
- Organize and participate in industry events and conferences.
- **Internal & External Communication**:

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, scientific) to ensure consistent messaging.
- Serve as a company spokesperson at events and in media interactions.
- Maintain open communication with senior management and stakeholders.
- **Research & Analysis**:

- Track media coverage and industry trends.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to inform PR strategies.
- Prepare and submit PR reports and presentations.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Develop and implement crisis communication plans.
- Manage PR issues and address negative publicity.

**Required Skills**:

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- **Media Relations Experience**: Familiarity with media outlets, journalists, and the news cycle.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop and implement PR strategies that align with company goals.
- **Crisis Management Skills**: Ability to handle challenging situations and manage negative publicity.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulations, and ethical considerations.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build relationships with media contacts, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- **Writing Skills**: Ability to craft compelling and accurate press releases, articles, and other content.
- **Social Media Proficiency**: Experience in managing social media channels and online reputation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
