**Job Brief**:
**Roles**
- Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including preparing customer quotes, order entry, data entry, and other related duties.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for the material distpach
- Coordinate with the ASM for the all order related details also customer information.
- Take followup with the courier team.
- Do the payment recovery timely.
- Prepare reports regarding sales performance, customer satisfaction, and other metrics.
- Track and maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
