**We're Hiring: Marketing Executive - Kingston General Hospital, Barasat**

Kingston General Hospital (KGH), a trusted name in quality healthcare, is looking for a **dynamic and driven Marketing Executive** to strengthen our patient inflow through strategic partnerships and on-ground outreach.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively generate patient leads for both **OPD walk-ins** and **IPD admissions**.
- Build and manage strong relationships with **referral doctors**, **local clinics**, and **pharmacies**.
- Conduct regular field visits to **engage new medical practitioners** and **maintain rapport** with existing referral partners.
- Execute local marketing campaigns to improve KGH’s visibility and community reach.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics related to lead generation, conversions, and referral engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including front desk, medical officers, and the operations team to ensure a seamless patient journey from referral to admission.

**Who We're Looking For**
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in **hospital marketing**, **pharma sales**, or **healthcare BD** roles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare marketing in a semi-urban/rural setting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and manage fieldwork independently.
- Proficiency in Bengali and Hindi is preferred for regional engagement.
