**Job Summary**:
As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales efforts in the assigned geographic region. You will be the face of the company on the ground, working closely with sales teams, customers, and local communities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning and Execution**: Organize and manage field events such as trade shows, exhibitions, customer seminars, and other local marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- **Brand Awareness**: Implement marketing strategies to increase the company's visibility in local markets through promotional activities, partnerships, and community engagement.
- **Market Research**: Gather local market intelligence and customer feedback to improve strategies and tailor messaging to the needs of the target audience.
- **Lead Generation**: Support lead generation efforts by managing campaigns, collecting data, and following up with prospects in the field.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, customers, and partners to drive engagement and growth.
- **Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities, using data to recommend improvements and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the regional sales team to align field marketing initiatives with overall sales objectives and ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.
- **Promotional Materials**: Manage and distribute marketing collateral and promotional materials at events and in the field.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹17,888.22 per month
