**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and acquire institutional clients including corporates, PSUs, schools, colleges, and government departments.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop tailored travel solutions (corporate travel, MICE, educational tours, incentive trips) based on client requirements.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, pitches, and pricing structures.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to generate leads.
- Maintain updated CRM records and generate periodic sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 2-8 years of experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably in travel/tourism or hospitality.
- Existing network of institutional clients is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
- Familiarity with travel software or CRM tools.
- Experience in government liaison or tendering processes (for senior roles).
